- Login to your email account
- Click on squirrel Mail
- Click on Options from the Main Menu on top of the page
- Click Personal information
- Check mark the Use Signature check box below the signature box to have the signature inserted automatically.
- Click submit
- Enter a name in the name field (Please note: Enter Name as you want displayed when your email is received in the Name Box).
- Type your desired text in the text box labeled Signature. For example your name, address and contact telephone number.
