HOW TO SET YOUR EMAIL SIGNATURE

  1. Login to your email account
  2. Click on squirrel Mail
  3. Click on Options from the Main Menu on top of the page
  4. Click Personal information
  5. Check mark the Use Signature check box below the signature box to have the signature inserted automatically.
  6. Click submit
  7. Enter a name in the name field (Please note: Enter Name as you want displayed when your email is received in the Name Box).
  8. Type your desired text in the text box labeled Signature. For example your name, address and contact telephone number.
